Policy

Our policy is designed to protect all of our hotel guests (including your pet) from any illnesses and to make sure that all of our visitors leave in the same healthy state they came in or even make some improvements.

In order to achieve that goal we require that all animals accepted into our hotel have current vaccinations with proof in order to protect our facility and our other clients. During flea season we require flea protection. In your presence we will inspect your pet for any medical problems and let you know of them in advance.

For dogs, we require that they have current rabies, distemper booster and Bortadella (kennel cough) vaccinations.
Cats are also required to be flea free, and have current Rabies and Distemper vaccinations, as well as proof the cat is FIV/FELV negative.

Having veterinary staff in the same facility we can offer to update all of your pet’s vaccinations and attend to any medical conditions before your pet is admitted to our hotel.

When you are leaving your pet in our care please let us know of any food preferences and sensitivities, feeding and walking schedules as well any outstanding medical conditions we should be aware of in order to provide your pet with the best care possible.

Our check-out time is noon.

There is a late fee equivalent to another day’s stay if you are unable to pick up your pet at that time.
