In order for us to provide you with the best possible service and give each of our customers a satisfying and personal experience we ask that you call us in advance to make an appointment for grooming. Walk-ins are welcome but due to the time-consuming nature of the work we may not always be able to accommodate you.
Our salon is open from 9am to 7pm. Last appointment is at 4pm.

All pets coming in for grooming must be in good health and have current vaccinations and proof. If we discover any medical problems with your pet we will alert our veterinary staff and treat the animal with your permission. Dogs and cats with fleas are given medicated flea baths at your expense ($10) in order to protect our facility and other clients from further infestation.

Our prices may vary based on the individual condition of your pet and individualized requests so the final price may be higher than listed. The factors that affect the final price are based on coat and skin condition, health, type of cut and the animal’s behavior. If necessary, with your written permission we can administer mild sedation for cases with problematic behavior.

Individualized requests like show cuts are also factored into the final price.

While grooming usually takes 3 hours, it may take longer if the coat is matted. We may recommend shaving in extreme case to avoid skin injury and excessive stress.
Other circumstance that may extend your pet’s stay with us include behavior problem such as aggressive or fearful animals. An aggressive animal usually needs the attention of more than one staff member and animals that are frightened by the table dryer need to be cage dried, which takes longer.
